Lexington NAACP

Kentucky received $85.4 million from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to create the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) program. This program will be administered by Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) to provide relief to homeowners experiencing financial hardship on or after January 21, 2020.

Kentucky’s program is under design and will be launched later this year. In the meantime, homeowners, partners, landlords and more can sign up to be notified when more information becomes available.

Visit the HAF sign-up page.
